We run the business side for creators
NJR Management LLC was founded in 2024 to give creators a team behind them. Today we work fully remote, with team members across Europe and Asia.
Why we exist
Most creators start alone. Once an audience grows, the work around the content grows faster than the content itself.
Planning, posting, answering hundreds of messages, dealing with partners and keeping track of payouts quickly becomes a full-time job. That is where we come in. We build a small team around each creator and take that work off their plate, so they can keep doing what their audience follows them for.
We are a remote company by design. Working across time zones lets us cover messages and inquiries in shifts, every day of the week.

Reliability
We do what we agreed, on time. Shifts are planned, handovers are documented and nothing falls through the cracks.
Discretion
We handle creators' accounts, messages and data with care. Access is limited to the people who need it.
Transparency
Creators see what we do on their behalf and get regular reports. Payouts are documented.
Respect for boundaries
The creator decides what is in and out of bounds. We put it in writing and stick to it.
