For creators
What does NJR Management do?
We manage the business side for creators and influencers: content planning, running social media accounts, answering messages and inquiries, handling partners and reporting.
Do I keep control over my accounts and content?
Yes. Before we start, we agree in writing on what we do, what we post and what is off limits. You can see everything we do on your behalf.
How does the collaboration start?
We start with an introduction call, then agree on scope and terms in a written contract. Onboarding usually takes one to two weeks.
How are you paid?
Our terms are agreed individually in the management contract with each creator.
Which platforms do you work with?
We work with the major social media platforms and creator platforms. Which ones depends on the creator and is agreed at the start.
For partners and companies
How can brands work with creators you manage?
Email us at info@njr-management.org with a short description of your request. We review it with the creator and get back to you.
How do I verify that NJR Management LLC is a registered company?
NJR Management LLC is registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State under filing ID 2024-001397351. You can look it up in the Wyoming business search.
How can I verify someone's employment?
Send your request to info@njr-management.org with the subject “Employment verification” and the person's name. We confirm employment details only with the employee's consent.
For applicants
Are all positions remote?
Yes. Our whole team works remotely.
How do I apply?
Email info@njr-management.org with the role in the subject line, a short introduction and your CV. See the careers page for the roles we hire for.
What language do you work in?
Our team works in English. Some roles also need other languages, depending on the creators we manage.
Want us to take over the daily work?
Tell us about the creator and what you need help with. We reply within two business days.
