Chat and community specialist
You answer messages and inquiries on behalf of the creators we manage, in their voice and within their guidelines.
What you'll do
- Reply to fan and client messages during your shift
- Follow each creator's written tone and content guidelines
- Flag requests that need a decision from management
- Document handovers for the next shift
What you bring
- Very good written English
- Fast, accurate typing
- Reliability and discretion
- Experience in chat support is a plus
Social media account manager
You run a set of creator accounts: posting, keeping profiles in shape and watching what performs.
What you'll do
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Keep profiles, bios and links up to date
- Monitor account health and reach
- Report results to management
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok or similar
- An eye for what performs
- Organised and self-driven
- Good English
Content manager
You plan what gets made and make sure it's ready on time.
What you'll do
- Build weekly content plans per creator
- Write briefs and shot lists
- Coordinate editing and production
- Keep the content library organised
What you bring
- Experience in content planning or production
- Strong organisation skills
- Comfortable working with several creators at once
- Good English
Operations assistant
You support management with scheduling, team coordination and payout administration.
What you'll do
- Keep schedules and shift plans up to date
- Coordinate with team leads
- Prepare and document team payouts
- Handle administrative requests
What you bring
- Very organised and accurate with numbers
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
- Experience in an assistant or admin role
- Good English
